    Admission Form

    You can download the admission form from our website. Fill it,scan it and submit it in just a few clicks.

    Residence Proof

    You can submit any of these – Electricity Bill, Driver’s License, Aadhar Card or PAN Card.

    2 Passport Sizes Photos

    Please submit two recent passport size photos of your child.

    School Leaving Certificate

    If your child has moved from another school, then please submit the school leaving certificate!

    Immunisation Record for pre-primary children

    Please submit your child’s medical history and the record of vaccination and blood type for medical emergencies.
